I read some of the mixed reviews about this product and wondered whether to buy but thought I’d go for it as I hate cleaning windows.Thank goodness I did, it’s fabulous. For context, I have filthy windows because I’m having a total renovation.It’s not without some niggles, which I will go into later in the review but overall the windows are spotless for very little effort or time on my behalf and that’s a win for me! It’s quiet and strangely enchanting watching this little robot doing its work with no help from me. No water is required, all you need to add is cleaning solution.Ensure you charge the machine fully before you use the machine as it doesn’t come charged.Some of the issues are1/ Battery life isn’t the best. I have a lot of big windows. It’ll probably take a week to get around them all initially as the battery only really lasts for 2 sets of bifolds but as I say, it’s doesn’t take much effort. When I’ve got the initial clean done I will probably just do a couple of windows a week as a maintenance program.2/ Sometimes the cleaner gets stuck for no reason. It might be because the windows are so dirty and all you have to do is take the pad off the window and turn it on again so not too much of a problem.3/ There is an ongoing cost with this machine besides the electric to charge it up which is the cleaning solution, which again is not cheap but I’m sure it’s cheaper than a window cleaner.4/ The instructions are a little confusing initially and I had to watch a YouTube video but once you know, you know.This machine is a considered purchase but it does a great job and overall I’m glad I took the plunge.

After reading all the positive reviews the end result is very disappointing.Used the winbot on 3 large south facing windows with the supplied fluid. After 3 washes inside and out although the windows are clean the finish leaves streaks as others have stated in reviews.I tried various modes and ensuring the microfibre cloth is damp as instructed but as soon as the sun shines on the glass they look awful. The pictures do not capture how they actually look.I have emailed the winbot support team, I will be returning if they can’t advise how to get a clear finish

It states that the minimum width is 30 centimetres, but it should be more like 40 to 50 centimetres.It’s unfortunate that it didn’t work because our window cannot be cleaned safely without using a ladder.

Overall very pleased with this window cleaner. We have A LOT of windows in our house, and this has taken all the work out of it, very pleased. We only ever use it on the deep clean setting as the other 2 settings leave the windows smeary. Something to bear in mind though, it only cleans rectangle windows, we have a number of windows that go into a triangle at the top and it does not clean these areas.

This is an expensive machine - be warned the customer service is terrible. Want you to spend a minimum of £60 to send it back to them and despite getting in touch with them before the end of warranty refused to look it at it without charging for it. A very expensive mistake.

It's not worth buying, it leaves terrible streaks on the windows. Everything is fine as long as it's dark, when the sun shines the windows look worse than before "washing". In my opinion, this device only smears dirt. I only used the liquid provided by the manufacturer, I washed the windows several times. All without effect. After several attempts, I returned the device.
