The manual is terrible, not explanatory at all

Love it...Great Quality
I love this! It is very solid, sturdy and it rotates smoothly! I read some reviews on other brands and there were a lot of reviews about the rack pegs not fitting well and causing the tower to lean. Thankfully this is not a problem with this rack. The wood or wood-like material is very solid and they use screws with anchors on them instead of pegs. Everything lined up perfectly straight and it turns smoothly without wobbling. I feel like the big square base helps to keep it from wobbling. Connecting the base with the first round shelf was a little tricky but after that, it was very easy to put together. The instructions didn’t explain how to connect the base with the first shelf very well, so here’s how we ended up doing it. We put the bottom round shelf down on the floor with the bottom facing up, then we turned the base upside down and placed it on top of the shelf. From there we lined the small holes in the metal part of the base with the holes in the shelf and put the small screws in. It comes with a little screwdriver and that's all that is needed but we used a longer screwdriver with a magnet tip to reach through the base to make it easier to put the screw in the shelf. Once that was done, we rotated the metal base a half circle to put the other 2 screws in. After we connected the base, the rest was easy to put together. My husband is very happy because he’s able to fit his size12 high top tennis shoes on there as well. My closet is very happy too. 😁
