Itโs a great knife to use for the meat
I like this knife very much. It is very sharp. It is pleasure to use it, but how much I was trying to be very careful do not cut myself, it happened. I cut my thumb really bad other than that,Iโm happy with it. I use it for meat for fish and highly recommend everybody to get this product. It can be a great gift for someone who likes to cook

Cheap knife that gets the job done.
Cheap, affordable, and gets the job done. It does feel nice and well balanced. The steel isn't too hard to sharpen with water stones. The handle is respectively built for a cheap knife of this style.

Not very sharp
This knife is not as sharp as I have hoped!! Within a few uses it's pretty dull already! I am disappointed at the quality! If i could return it I would have!

I love this knife.
This knife is all you would want in a knife. It makes cutting all meats easy. I would buy this item again.

Very nice boning knife for the price.
This knife arrived very sharp and has a nice finish. It has a nice balance. The rivet smoothness could be better, but it's about average for a knife of this price. The handle is comfortable and looks nice. There is an area of the blade near the handle that separates the handle from the sharp edge... I appreciate that. The handle finish is very nice and I hope it holds up, and I'll know in a few weeks. The only downside I can see is that the steel type is not marked on the blade. I have many knives from different brands, and I like to know the steel type when I sharpen it so I'll know what I'm getting into. Some steels need a lot more patience to sharpen, some sharpen easily. It's good to know before you begin. Note: The sheath is very cheap and doesn't hold the knife securely. Not sure what the thinking was on the sheath for a kitchen knife, but I would not recommending using it on your belt. In my opinion it would be better to omit the sheath than including a cheap one, especially for a kitchen knife. Summary: A very nice knife especially considering the price.
