Wow! Its Great!!
Having owned a candy store, and having a “licorice wall” I consider myself a connoisseur of licorice—especially black licorice, my favorite! I must say that this licorice may be the best black licorice I’ve ever had! It is thick, soft, tender, tasty, not greasy and not sticky. It’s just right. My only criticism may be—and this is obviously very subjective—is that it might be a little sweet. But not off-putting in any way. If you’re looking for that stuff that smells like ammonia, this ain’t it! This is the good stuff!

The licorice was hard stiff and dry. I could not enjoy it.

It's the real good old fashion black licorice chew.
It's a really good black licorice. I love the fact it's not too sweet. It's just right. You get the real good licorice flavor that's not overpowered by sugar. They didn't cheap out on the licorice extract. Thumbs up guys, you're making a great product! 👍👍👍

Packaging discrepancy! The Amish Good Gourmet Licorice Twist Candy nutrition label states 11 servings per pack with a serving size of 1 twist, but the product description shows only 8 pieces per bag. This means you're getting fewer pieces than what the nutrition facts suggest - if the serving size is truly 1 twist and there are 11 servings listed, you should receive 11 twists per bag, not 8. This is definitely misleading packaging information that customers should be aware of.
