It's hard for me to go to the bathroom every day so I ordered this and I've been taking it for 5 days now and every day has been fantastic. I haven't heard of any constipation these days. I'm taking it in the mornings and it also replaces my coffee shots which is one of my 2025 goals. Instead of cups of tea I only drink one and replace the other with bikini body tea.

I wanted to like this. The taste is pretty decent but it make me so shaky and very jittery. My hands would not stop shaking. It also really messed up my stomach and not in a good way.
