As you can see in the before and after photos, they really work in slimming the tummy! Makes me feel much more confident in tight clothes after having a baby. This is my first time using shapewear, but I found them easy to get on. I wore these for 12 hours straight the first time I wore them, and they were super comfortable! I forgot I had them on. The fold open gusset design made it super easy to use the restroom without having to take them off. The top of the band did roll down a little, but it didn't show through my clothes and it didn't bother me physically. I'm short (5'-2") so that probably contributes to the rolling. I ordered size Large per the Spanx size chart, and it was the right fit. The shorts seem well constructed and made out of quality materials. Overall, I think these shorts work well and are worth the money.
