Very nice glass. Love this purchase. Light weight, steeps nicely and pulls out all unwanted loose herbs and cloves. The lid keeps it hot longer and esthetically appealing the green color is beautiful with the wood top.

I was hopeful the glass would be a bit more thicker for the cost/value but overall great looking glass cup with lid for your fav Tea day. I would recommend..... Danny M.

Love that this is all glass. Yes a few bits of tea leaves get thru but I don't mind.

This borosilicate glass teacup SHOULD BE extra-thick, break-resistant , and durable; however the internal infuser arrived broken/cracked although the packaging was fine. I now see the product description has a disclaimer that there’s a chance it will arrive broken. I don’t understand how, if real borosilicate glass should be very durable (unless this is not). I ordered a replacement through Amazon because otherwise I like the cup.

I like this a LOT. I like Earl Grey warm. I paired this with a desktop coffee mug warmer that can get up to 187F, but use it on 147F. Can put tap water in, drop bag in, and it'll be ready in like 10-15 minutes. I like that wait so it paces me, or I'll be awake for a month 😉 You can use hot water or nuke the water first. Big handle, and a nice feel. Easy to hold. The tea looks cool in the glass. It has that greenish tint like the picture. Real good sipping cup. The one bummer was one of the 2 I ordered was cracked in the top of the handle. But the company is sending me a replacement.

The product is beautiful. However, if you are trying to drink loose tea this won't work. Both of our teas had so much sediment in it that it did not make drinking from it enjoyable. I would rather not have loose tea in my actual tea cup. My other issue is that they want to charge you if you used it but how do you know if it's going to work if you don't use it? Why should consumers be responsible for being charged for a product that states it's for loose tea?

Great cup for tea, but the only issue for me is that once the tea is done steeping the top is not great to put the strainer like some other cups. But it is a much better material and it not as fragile as others

Love my tea cup! It’s perfect. I have to be careful when I fill it with hot water because it’s not insulated and it burns your hands. I get lots of tea and sometimes use a teabag other times I use tea in the basket. It’s wonderful!!
