Hunted a long time to find one of these to fit my French Doors. These are perfect. They are a bit long, but I can make do. Easy to put up - they recommend two people but this 72 y/o female did it by herself, so don't be discouraged. Only problem is my two dogs think it's impenetrable (Papillion mixes) and refuse to go through it. If anyone has a hint on training a dog to use it, please comment! Hopefully they'll figure it out, because flies were carrying us off. If it lasts through the summer only it's worth the cost. Closed easily after walking through, magnets seem to be strong. Edit: Was hoping this would last the summer - it's almost October and it's still holding strong! Dogs have finally figured out that they can walk thru it, so they can come and go at will. I'm about to have my porch stained, so screen will have to come down for that but I hope to be able to put it back up. If not, I'll buy another - it is quite definitely worth every penny! If you're on the fence - jump this way! You won't regret it.

I purchased and installed 5 of these on a screened patio project. Two were 4'-wide and three were 5'-wide. The screened areas on these doors were consistently true to size. The triple panel design makes passing through much easier than two panel versions. The magnetic closures work very well. The screen seems nice and heavy duty. The screen color matches the Better Vue screening used everywhere else. Note, that after reading other reviews, I ironed out the fold wrinkles prior to installation. Using a cover cloth with medium heat and steam worked very well. These were installed on the wooden posts and headers using stables through the "velcro" edging (did not use the adhesive side of the edging at all). The edging was then covered with lath for a very clean finished look. I can see how installation using only the adhesive hook and latch system would look less finished. I highly recommend my approach, modified to your application, where feasible.

Easy to put up. Directions were clear. Adhering to the door frame well. Magnets are strong enough to close but not so strong that it. Would stop my small dogs from going out.

I purchased these for my French Doors thinking I would be lucky if they lasted a couple of weeks. Boy, was I wrong! The fabric is amazing....... my dogs tried to shed it but they can't. It took a day for them to realize they can walk right through them just like a doggy door only better. They make no noise and do not snag their hair like others do. And the snap back feature of the magnetic closure is awesome! This is the first summer I haven't had to deal with a house full of flies. They keep all the insects outside where they belong. Installation was so simple I was able to do it all by myself. I am 73 years old and thought I would have to hire help....... but nope........ I was able to do it. They have stayed in place through 80mph wind and downpours. Thankfully we have only had little hail and I am confident they will withstand the larger stuff too. I used only the velcro that was included, no tacks (included in pkg), nails or staples. They are a GREAT VALUE for the $$ (which was way below any other options) spent!!! Needless to say, I highly recommend them! :)

We installed a French door at our backdoor. This magnetic screen door is perfect for blocking bugs from coming into my house. There is no need to pull the screen open — just walk right through. We can't go back to the old style screen door!

Compared to other brands, this one is the holy grail! I have French doors, and there is no way to have screens installed, so I have always bought another brand, knowing I'd have to replace it in a few weeks. The other brand I hung this spring lasted 1 hour before the dogs put a hole in it, and that hole just got bigger and bigger. This one I purchased because I needed something better, and that is exactly what I got. You could feel the difference just taking it out of the box. So far, there is nothing negative about this. The mesh is of a higher quality. My son put it on scissors points, and it didn't break or tear. So the pic in the description isn't just AI. It also offers a clearer view than the other brands. The magnets are sewn in and are triple what you would find in the other brands. They are strong too. I haven't had an issue with it not closing right. The other brands I've tried, the Velcro melts off in the summer heat and doesn't hold even in cooler temps. This one, the velcro is holding up well. We haven't gotten to the hottest part of summer yet, but it's been in the high 80s, and I haven't had to fix or put it back once. I only used the pins in the corners, but honestly, I don't think I needed them; it was more out of habit. With 6 big dogs (80+ lbs) I wasn't sure it was going to hold up any better than the others, but boy was I wrong. They have pawed at it and one even tried to play tug-o-war with the corner - not a single hole or tear. Most of the time I don't even get a month out of one of these things. This one still looks brand new after a month, minus the wrinkles. It is worth every penny, and it isn't much more than the other brands, but it was so worth it. I know it will make it through the summer and probably many summers to come.

Great magnet strength, easy to setup, durable enough to withstand high winds and came with plenty of Velcro tape.
