I am pleased so far. The packaging that it arrived in was sturdy. I was excited to try it out, so I tried it with Fresh Spring Water. Next I plan to try it with some sparkling water. First the smell, which has a faint smell reminding me of cabbage. Next the flavor, which is surprisingly different from the smell. It tastes nothing like it smells! It has a faintly sweet taste!!! I Can embrace this! I'm looking forward to having it twice a day as recommended with no fear or dread. Like savoring a bottle of fine wine, I'm hoping to reap the many benefits of drinking it.

The item didn’t come in proper condition. It is a glass bottle but there is no proper packing. It is only 2/3 filled and the box came wet, soiled and sticky. Bad:(

I have been enjoying R’s KOSO for several weeks now and will order more. The package includes some useful suggestions on various ways you can take it depending on your health related objective – explaining various ways you can “cleanse.” The instruction sheet explains specific ratios you can mix the KOSO with filtered or sparkling water, but I like to use it more casually and just take it by diluting an ounce or two of the KOSO in a large glass of water every morning and again in the evening. For me this ratio creates a drink that is slightly fruity and quite refreshing and I was able to feel a cleansing effect soon after I started taking it. But, again, the instruction sheet gives very good details on suggested usage per type of cleanse. Thanks for making such a great product!

Fermented foods are so very important. We learn more and more how valuable fermented foods are for better health. Koso is new to me and I therefore cannot compare it to other Koso and have not used it long enough to notice any changes in our health, but it is now a delicious added foundation block in our morning routine. Taste is delicious! : a bit of sweetness, a bit sticky, mixes wonderfully with kefir. How do they ever place so many amazing veggies into this delightful product!!? It is expensive but the subscription offers a considerable discount. Also, the daily amount is small so it extends well. We benefit from fermented foods and the more variety the better and R’s Koso offers significant variety and is therefore worth every penny.
