Most vitamin D comes in pill form. Unfortunately, my autistic son can't swallow pills. However, since these are a powder within a capsule, I can open the capsule and mix the powder in with his yogurt of other foods.Also important is that the capsules contain vitamin K2 as well as D.

The vitamins are just fine. I take them daily and have noticed I feel much better with taking them. The only reason I have canceled my next shipment is because the shipments have been coming too frequently and I have a cupboard full of unopened bottles of them. I will start reordering when once I have reduced my current stock. I do recommend them to boost their D2 and or K3.
