Looks identical to the standard SM7B, fits perfectly on it but it's a fun PURPLE (which mixes really well with the black of the Sm7B) same quality, literally all the same, but a nice purple. Gives a lot of personality really to my podcasts and videos, and super cheap. Yes, it's PUREY aesthetic completely, it's not going to change your recording or sound quality at all of course, but for me it jsut makes it more fun and playful. It's a much more hip look.

I wanted a different microphone cover for my Blue Sona/Logitech Yeti Studio XLR. It only comes in black and red. Logitech doesn't offer any other colors. I bought this on a whim and I do not regret it at all. The fit is absolutely spot on. Even though this is circular and the Blue Sona is rectangular -- it doesn't matter at all. It's extremely close so the fit doesn't bother me (or the audience) one bit. The quality of the foam is on par with OEM performance. I don't lose any sound quality and the plosive rejection is actually better than the standard foam cover the mic comes with. I highly recommend this foam cover if you have a Logitech Yeti Studio or the Blue Sona. The value is great, the performance is awesome, and it's extremely easy to put on.

Perfect fit for SM7B and a far better price than the OEM replacement. This one also seems more durable than the original. I recommend saving the original retaining ring from the original windscreen and using a few small dabs of superglue to attach this one to it, or it tends to slide off.

I am not sure if this is an issue with just the purple version of the windscreen but, after just a week, the front edges of it started fading color. I also have a red one and, that one, has not faded at all. It still works as designed however, it just doesn't look as good. Its super easy to put on, just slide it on! It fits great and the profile (look...other than color) is very similar to the OEM foam.

Looks and fits perfectly. I used it for my Fifine K688, which has basically the same form factor as the Shure SM7B, and it fits like a glove. It's dense enough that it blocks a significant amount of plosives and pops, but thin enough that it doesn't muffle or distort the quality of the sound. The only drawback, is that you absolutely HAVE to rinse it in warm water first. I let it sit for a few hours after taking out of the package to decompress to the form it's supposed to be, but just doing that won't cut it. There were still creases from being flattened from the package, but running it under warm water for a minute or so and drying it gets it to where it needs to be. Overall, still very pleased with the product.

It's fine. Only gave it 4 stars because it didn't fit my Aston Stealth, but I found something else that did, so it's all good.

Decent at first, very vibrant purple and fit perfect. However unbeknownst to me really low quality. You can see the glue join the foam together and most importantly the vibrant purple just started fading after a few weeks. Will be returned. I guess if you’re only using it for a one time thing or looking to buy this again every fortnight it’d be a good purchase. Otherwise, really low quality, didn’t last long.
