The Science Inspectors 1: The Case of the Old Hot Rod

My son loved this book and can’t wait for the next one to come out!! He also enjoyed Math Inspectors. I enjoy how he tells me little fun facts randomly throughout the day and then tells me that he read it in Science Inspectors.

My eight year old loved this book, and so did we! Perfect family reading time material: creative, fun, and a little nerdy.

While I was searching for books for my grandchildren, I began reading the "look inside" and became interested in the story for myself. I ordered it to continue reading which I completed in 2 days. The story drew me in and held my attention until the end. I look forward to reading more of them. Just an interesting adventurre with no hidden agenda.

Although much younger than the characters in the book, my daughter very much enjoyed reading this. She was excited to be able to reinforce what she knew about how the scientific method works in a real-world adventure. The book piqued her interest in things like how to take a fingerprint and gathering evidence at the crime scenes. As the parent, I looked forward to reading time every night and sometimes my husband and I would fight over who got to read! The characters are nicely developed in the story, but not all of your curiosities about them are satisfied in this first volume, so we were disappointed to see that the second one is not out yet! In the meantime, we will move on the the Math Inspectors and the History Mystery Kids series while we await more Science Inspectors!

I hope the author writes more books in this series! My son is not usually interested in math and science but he loved this book and learned a lot without realizing it!

My 8 & 10 yr old loved it. Looking forward to reading the next book in the series. Science is fun!

My kids read all the Math Inspectors so I gave this a try. They like these series quite a bit, so I am happy with it.

We want to read this book so badly but most of the pages are missing prints on one side of the page. Amazon sent us the replacement, but the replacement book has the same problem.

I enjoyed this book a lot! I also finished the math inspectors series and thats just as good, no wait, its super interesting! I like both! I hope to read the next book in thenseries soon! 5 stars to this amazing book written by an amazing author!
