We buy this on regular subscription. However I wonder if the outer packaging should be a box tather than soft bag? The manufacturers coffee bag had a corner missing / split corner and coffee ( very dark in colour ) looked like it had aged ( oxidised? ) the other spillage normal but contaminated. The item was credited by Amazon with no fuss however I thought a picture might help packers avoid a repeat . The product is good value but obviously you are made aware it does not enjoy the protection of a jar.
