Seems to be working to lower my cholesterol
Lowered my cholesterol by 30 points by taking just one a day. I couldn't take two a day - it gave me heartburn. Going to try to take 2 a day from here on out, one in the am and on in the pm.

If you refuse to take a statin then try this for a month or two and have your cholesterol checked again. Mine went down 50 points. No side effects yeah 👍🏻

Surprised by the Labeling
The capsules are 500 mg each so you are only getting a 30 day supply. I misunderstood and thought I was buying 1000 mg per capsule and would have a 60 day supply. I will order 2 bottles next time. I can't say anything about it's effectiveness lowering cholesterol yet, but am hoping it works.
