I’m very happy with these. I have no issues swallowing pills. But they are capsules so it depends on the year. They’re not big and easy to swallow. When I am good about taking them they seem to work . I bought these because they had all the ingredients I was looking for and then some. The price can’t be beat. I have not experienced any side effects and they seem very effective.

I’m still sitting on the fence with this one. I’ve taken two bottles of it now and I’ve not really noticed a difference but I’ve had really bad eyes for a while so I don’t know it may require more than two bottles. I did just re-order so I’m on my second set. I will update when I finish them.
