Junk Food for the Macro-Conscious
I think there are two things people need to consider when trying a product like this. These are replacements for Pop-Tarts.If you don't know what a Pop-Tart is, or aren't looking for a Pop-Tart like product, this isn't for you. Pop-Tarts are junk food and are not some culinary delicacy.Secondly, this is for those that need a bump in protein or are calorie counting and need to meet macros. The first two ingredients are Casein and Whey protein. These are slow digesting and rapid digesting protein ingredients. These are powdery and milky ingredients commonly used as the base for protein powders. This is an approximation of junk food with some flavor compromises that are common with products like this, that allow for some guilty pleasure. Being sweet is expected but this is still not as sweet as a real Pop-Tart. It tastes "off" or "powdery" is also expected, considering its primary ingredients.Getting that out of the way, I think Legendary makes great approximations of the products they're mimicking with higher protein content that allows individuals a chance to eat "junk food" with some benefits of meeting macros and calorie goals.Products like this are generally more expensive than the cheaper real product. I would suggest finding these locally if possible before buying an entire box. At least in the US, these are commonly found in Target and some grocery stores. I would try a single pack before committing to a full box to see if this product is for you.

yum!!!
very yummy!! absolutely do not microwave it though like it suggests on the packaging. it's good just out of the package. microwaving it made the crust an ungodly awful texture, and the frosting super grainy? not good! if you have some sort of small toaster oven, that would probably be really good. the sides aren't sealed up like normal poptarts so i am not gonna risk making a mess in my toaster. but i have nothing to complain about with them just right out of the bag. very yummy treat with the benefit of extra protein!!!

Really Good Frosted Cinnamon Pastry Cake for Keto & Low Carb'ers!
Very good tasting "P**tart" like pastry cake if you are on a keto diet or low carb. I have been on keto for a few years and now remain low carb so I do not have any of those sugary junk food anymore. These are my favorite snacks for being low carb and the frosted cinamon are my favorite. I have tried both the blueberry and strawberry which are also good, but cinamon the best for me. Why did I not give it 5 stars, I really don't like that it contains sucralose and polydextrose. It does contain erythritol which is great, so then why add sucralose too? If they get rid of the artificial sweetner and polydextrose I would definitely update this to 5 stars. But right now it is a solid 4 stars and I even have it on my subscribe orders!

Better than a poptart
I have tried the s'more flavor and the blueberry flavor, the s'more is good, but i prefer the blueberry. These are meant to be reminiscent of a protein poptart, but these have a better texture than poptarts. They are more cakey in texture, but the inside is like an actual jam/jelly. They are also really fillingIngredients arent too artificial as far as a protein product goes, the strawberry, double chocolate, and cherry all have artificial colors like red 40. But the blueberry, smores and cinnamon don't have any artificial colors which is nice.

Finally a healthy retro treat!
These pop tarts are delicious! I was skeptical as most healthy versions of treats don't taste right, but these are awesome. I can't wait to try the other flavors. I bought cherry first as that's my favorite.

CHANGED MY OPINION
I'm a bit disappointed. They aren't as delicious as the commercials led me to believe. However, they aren't awful either... especially when you want a treat and a high protein one at that.Try them for yourself. You might find them tastier than I did. EDIT: I HAVE CHANGED MY OPINION. I PUT A DAB OF JAM ON TOP OF THE PASTRY AND MICROWAVED IT A FEW SECONDS. IT TASTED VERY GOOD....MAYBE A LITTLE DELICIOUS... TRY IT THAT WAY.

They are ……. Ok….. I guess
These have a very odd flavor. I think the problem was I smelled them first and there’s almost a petroleum smell to them. The taste is fine. The texture is fine. The smell is definitely offputting. Probably won’t buy this again. Very expensive for what you get. Calorie count is rather high, but being a diabetic the lower carbs was the draw for this product.

Better toaster pastry with better macros!
First impression was disappointing it only had one pastry inside. But don’t let that fool you! It’s dense, and has much more filling than its um competitors lookin at you pop tarts! It has 20g of protein and plenty of fiber! Its pastry is sort of soft and fluffy. Another pleasant surprise after the other “toaster pastries”. Most of their products are at or around 200 calories. Since purchasing this, I’ve gone on to try strawberry which is comparable in flavor with same macros. The s’mores is smaller and has 20 less calories and while good doesn’t give me a true s’mores vibe. The cinnamon rolls are meh unless you microwave them for about 12 seconds. That’s a game changer! The chocolate cinnamon roll is the better of the two. I typically pair this with one of my spylt milk drinks for 40 grams of protein and 290 calories. It’s not a bad way to start your morning! That said, I hope as the brand grows the price improves. That’s why I had to deduct one star. It doesn’t stop me from buying them in bulk, but could be a deal breaker for some in this economy.
