Does exactly what I need it to. The Rode SmartLav option also fits the Rode Lavalier GO mic that I have and makes mounting to my chest super easy. I use 3M Transpore tape to mount to my chest and the only clothing noise the mic picks up is when the texture from the tape brushes on my shirt, but even then it is hardly noticeable. Does a great job with blocking out wind if the mic capsule is seated down in the clip- had the mic out on a pretty windy day and the only wind noise the mic picked up was the sound of the wind blowing through the trees, there was no loud popping or noises from the wind hitting the mic. Very happy with the performance of this!

This thing is perfect for sticking inside the jacket of a groom or anyone in a suit. Virtually eliminates all clothing noise. Pair it with woman’s dress tape and it sticks on there all day long.

I cannot recommend this product enough. It has been an absolute game changer when doing audio for video production. I haven't been wanting to use my lav's under clothing for a while now and this product makes it so easy. I pair this with URSA Tape sticky patches to stick the lav under clothing and it works perfectly. Fits great with the RODE Lav Mic's that pair with the Wireless GO II's.

I use this on a different lav mic but it did fit with a little muscle. I would recommend it because it does keep the mic very secure.
