Finally, I don't have to hold the hood open myself
The supports on my Sport Trac stopped working years ago, I would have to find something laying around the garage to prop the hood up or ask someone to hold the hood open for me anytime I needed to do anything under there. I finally got tired of it and ordered these replacements. They don't look exactly like the OEM ones and they were just a tiny bit longer but they work great. I didn't know how to replace them but I just walked up and looked at them and in less than 5 minutes I had both installed.
