Sturdy and easy to assemble
This ladder is well made with real wood, it's sturdy and very easy to put together. I'm recovering from knee surgery and was able to put it together myself in about 15 minutes. I wanted a ladder because my big drooly mastiff keeps knocking my blankets off the couch and grossing them up lol. I love the extra hooks on the top to hang a hat, purse, etc from. Great value and great price!

Easy to put together with an Allen wrench. There are paper circle screw covers to stick on the sides of the ladder to hide the silver screw heads. I got the black one. Hooks are a pewter color. Felt bumpers are provided for the part that sits against the wall and floor. Iโm happy for a place to finally put our heated throws in the TV room so we donโt have to step over them daily!

Very cute for displaying
Bought this for all my taylor swift cardigans and it looks beautiful. The display is so nice and i love the hooks at the top.

Sturdy
Solid, sturdy and easy to assemble.

Defective and the company is difficult to deal with.
Simple enough to put together, but tedious, and when done it was not even or level and would not lay against the wall, one side sticks out 3 or 4 inches. Now they want me to disassemble it to return it, which is ridiculous. I should be able to verify defect with a picture, and it be replaced immediately.
