NOW Foods Supplements, Prebiotic Fiber with Fibersol-2, derived from Non-GMO corn, Powder, 12-Ounce

This works and my guts feel lighter. That's all I have to say without getting crude. I will be buying again. Pros: - Easy formula to use, clear directions - Similar to MiraLAX in consistency, but it mixes more easily into liquid - There is a slight taste but it's not too bad. Best if added into coffee or juice or a smoothie. - Good amount of powder for a good price - Better than other prebiotics and fibers in my opinion. I have tried many. - I have severe IBS, GERD and blood sugar issues. I might be imagining it but I have felt slightly better the last week or so and I think it's thanks to this. - If you need something to make your bowel movements more regular... This is the one, 'yall. Cons - It's powder, not for everyone. It does have a similar texture to miraLAX but it's significantly less grainy. - It DOES have a taste. Almost undetectable and easy to ignore for me, with the exception of bad gag-reflex days in which it can be difficult to get down. If you are sensitive to taste and texture, please keep that in mind when purchasing this powder. - It's a MASSIVE bottle that's not even 1/3 of the way full. I think they could have saved on packaging price or shelf space by making the bottle a little less comically big. There might be a health code or something that forces companies to leave extra room but, for my consumerist brain, it feel a little deceptive (thankfully I paid attention to serving/ grams so I knew what I was getting).

Now uses the same size plastic jar for other products so they're just saving money ordering the same size in bulk. The product itself is excellent. It improves the bulk and timing of bm. It also increases fullness when combined with protein shakes. It definitely feeds butyrate producing bacteria and no malodorous gas either. I'll definitely reorder.

Genuinely great. I was considering buying Metamucil because I need to up my fiber intake, and was hoping to curve my food cravings; however I noticed Metamucil has a lot of chemicals, artificial sweetener, and food dye. Did some research, and found this product. Super affordable, zero chemicals, dyes, sweeteners, and it has zero taste at all. I added it to water and drank it and it tasted exactly how regular water would, and it also didn’t have any texture change. Plus has more fiber than Metamucil does! 11g a serving is pretty good! Def recommend.

There is no flavor, or it is a very faint corn flavor. It dissolves easily in water. I find that it helps with gut issues and discomfort. The price is not bad for how much you get.

I’ve only taken it for a few days but I really like this product. Two tablespoons in my drink at lunch. I have had no side effects and have noticed it makes me eat less. I’m not hungry. Taking this product to help bring my A1C down. This is a great company for supplements.
