Aquarium Starter Set with 2 Motorized Fish (Sting Ray + Shark) 2-Pack Bundle

This is great fun for our grandsons. The fish race around the racetrack aquarium like bumper cars. They try to climb out of the track but can't so they back up and take off around the track again. With multiple fish in the aquarium they chase each other, push each other and knock each other over. Very entertaining. The boys like to just let the fish run around the house, but the aquarium keeps the fish contained in a small area and is still much fun. The fish are colorful, plush and soft and motor around quickly and unstoppably while making fish and dolphin sounds.

Such a fun, cute toy! I had zhu zhus growing up and my daughter loves fish so we had to get her this aquarium starter set.

Bought this for a pre-K Christmas gift and I know they are going to love it! It is adorable! Great toy for the price (I got on sale) and packaging was bright and eye catching.

We got this on a great deal and my 7 year old daughter loves it. It’s one of our most played with toys that she got for Christmas and when we have friends come over they also gravitate towards this toy.

The aquarium was pretty easy to setup (it's a couple of pieces and stickers. The pets do need batteries to operate. The idea behind this reminds me of hot wheels when I was growing up. Here lies the problem for my 4 year old. She could care less about the track. It lasted less than 10 minutes before she took the pets out for their own adventures. The floors we have provided the pets to move quickly and to avoid any roadblocks. My daughter saw the commercial and immediately wanted this (so Santa was able to have it for her on Christmas). She normally doesn't want everything that she sees on the commercials, but this was one of them. Ultimately, in order to get enough track to make it worthwhile is not cost effective, especially since she can have her own adventures without the track. If your kids are looking at this, you may want to see how they are with the pets first. They are fairly well made with lots of sounds and moves fast without the need for the track. I paid close to $30, but I'd say real value to be around $15, maybe $20 not on sale.

My kids wanted this set so badly. They saved their money to buy the complete set. Which was multiple sets and quite a bit of money. We finally got it and it’s safe to say, not worth it for the price. The fish are cute. But the actual aquarium is hard to assemble and to take apart. I fear that after one use we will have broken it but taking it apart. They cannot do it themselves. I don’t know why they wouldn’t make it more kid user friendly and better snap in and out. This is junk and I pray it last. But not holding my breath. I would say skip the aquarium and just buy the fish pets
