I bought one of these to keep my chicken, Tri-Tip and jalapeno poppers warm for everyone to pick at throughout the night.It worked perfect!After everyone got their share off the grill when everything first came off all the remaining stuff went in this warmer to stay warm so my friends can help themselves throughout the night.None of the food in it went cold, it kept everything warm and ready to eat all night long and didnt dry any of the meat out. All the food tastes 5 hours later just as it did when it came off the grill.I liked this so much I bought a second one so when my friends bring hot foods over to the party we can throw them in.Lots of my friends by store bought wings or potato weges... or make chili...Now they have a place to keep their food warm.Really happy with the two I bought. No problems at all.You pour water inbthe main unit. Set the temp you want and then put the three metal container with food in it. That's all.Cleaning is easy. Water drains out easily and the 3 containers can be thrown inbthe washer.Highly recommend. Glad I have two.
