These really work. It is not gonna be an overnight fix. It takes a couple months for the blurry to get better. I had been taking these for almost a year and hadn’t been needing to use my reading glasses at all hardly. Except for the tiniest print I had several surgeries last year and I had to be off of these because of the vitamins that were in them, I didn’t wanna chance it with bleeding risks so I ended up being off of it for about six months. My vision got extremely blurry. I could not see anything without my reading glasses once I was able I started taking these back again twice a day and it took about two months before the blurriness started getting better once I started getting better. I went down to once a day and it is maintaining where I was. I can see smaller print without any problems. I only need my reading glasses again for the tiniest print. So these were great. It just takes a little time for them to actually kick in. So don’t give up take them for at least a couple months before deciding if these are for you when I was taking them twice a day I didn’t really have any sleep problems that I noticed. I usually take them in the morning now they are normal size capsules. They’re not too big for me but then again I do take fish oil, which is huge pills. I don’t notice any funny odors or smells to them. They are easy to take.

This is NOT an overnight quick fix, but with continued use it is supposed to prevent deteriation. The convience and cost is great.

My eye doctor told me to take AREDS twice a day - morning and night for continuos help for MD. I was getting good results. I recently switched to this brand because it was a good buy. My sleep quality deteriorated -tossing and turning with many wake ups. I checked the ingredients and there are many "energizing" compounds! So, not taking before bed! Will take in the morning until gone but get a different brand for night.

These are eye vitamins and I will only know if they work if my macular degeneration does progress. So the five stars maybe for real or just wishful thinking. I will let you know in March with my next checkup.
