I recently purchased this stainless steel whipped cream dispenser, and it has exceeded my expectations! Here’s my review after a few uses:The first thing that stands out is the build quality. The dispenser is made of stainless steel with a polished, mirror finish that looks sleek and professional. It feels durable and solid in hand, so I expect it to last a long time without any issues.Using it is simple. It comes with a clear set of instructions, and assembling/disassembling the parts is straightforward. I also appreciate the five different nozzles that came with it, allowing for various styles of whipped cream.Cleaning is simple as well, thanks to the detachable parts and the stainless steel material. I just washing by hand takes just a couple of minutes.

This set is pretty decent for dealing with whipped cream. Very professional and comes with several different spreading heads. Good addition to my baking tools. And they are much easier to clean.

I’ve only had this creamer for a few days. I bought the double wall version which allows for very adequate insulation whether I have hot or cold liquid inside. I’ve used it a few times to make whipped cream and I’m very impressed with its quality of build. The reason I’m giving it a one star review is because I’m unable to locate contact information for who I bought it from for support. While it appears to be built very well and works beautifully at the moment… I’d never be able to get any replacement parts down the road when I need them. The booklet that came with the whipper instructs you to go to their website for more information on their whippers and accessories. They also mention online instructions providing information about the whipper. You’re encouraged to contact the supplier for any help or additional information you would need. However, nowhere in the document does it describe how to get ahold of the company, what their website URL is, their phone number, address or contact information of any kind!When I use Amazon’s “Getting Support“ link included in my purchase information of the creamer… I’m run through a series of pages basically informing me that there is no support information available for this product. Amazon did allow me to try and contact the “company“ who sold me the product whose listed as Kaiser Chef. Over the past few days I’ve heard nothing from them at all. While I think I’m going to really enjoy using this product, I’m leaving this one star review to draw attention to the fact there doesn’t appear to be any support for this creamer. I’ll be happy to update my review if I am contacted by the supplier and assured of support. Otherwise, just be forewarned if you purchase this product… You’re on your own. 😉

Good quality, look like expert’s tool.

I firstly used osjcook's cream dispenser.Its packaging is exquisite , the product quality is very good.After several uses, need to shake more, but no obvious liquid sound, still could play a suitable cream flavor. Also could directly put them in dishwasher for easy cleaning

It came without an instruction manual. Google search has nothing on OSJ COOK. No way of contacting manufacturer! Otherwise appears to be a quality item. I've not tested it yet as I am waiting for my charging cartridges from Amazon.

Love this new whipper.

Because it's made of stainless steel, I can put it directly in the dishwasher for cleaning. This product also comes with 5 nozzles (though I've only used 2 so far), which look very professional. I'm currently just using it at home and slowly exploring more recipes.

The instruction manual for this whipped cream dispenser clearly states, "We do not recommend putting the Cream Whipper into the dishwasher." I specifically purchased this model because it was advertised as dishwasher safe, professional model. Otherwise, I would have opted for a more expensive, commercial-grade dispenser that is verified as dishwasher safe by many professional facilities. The OSJ COOK professional whipped cream dispenser is listed on Amazon as dishwasher safe, which I believe is a misleading description of the product. As a result, I will be returning this item to Amazon.
