I am not sure if they do anything, but eating liver and such is supposedly really good for you. Personally, I cannot eat liver or any of the other "items" inside this product, so I take it via pill. Do I feel different? No. I am guessing it takes time if it truly does have any benefits. I believe organ meat probably does have beneficial uses, but I guess my next labs will let me know.

The bottle comes about half full. If used as directed it will last one month. I would rather they use a smaller bottle or put two months' worth of product in it.And yes, that one month is correct even though there are 180 capsules in the bottle; you're supposed to take six each day.The "best by" date on mine is Nov 2026, so about 2.5 years from now.They smell probably as you would expect, which made me hesitant to take them at first. I let them sit on my tongue so I could let you know how they taste, and they do taste about how they smell. The good news is that it doesn't last after you swallow them (especially if you chase them with a gummy supplement =), which is easy to do with water.I like that these are not only grass-fed, but grass-finished. And I like that the bottle says non-GMO and GMP-certified. I also look on my supplement bottles for 3rd-party tested and Made in USA. These are "from New Zealand and Australia," but the product page says they are Made in the USA. The product page also says they are tested in the USA, but it doesn't specify if it's by a 3rd party.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I am also starting to exercise again, so am looking forward to seeing a boost in energy from these.I also like that there is a number on the lid that you can call or text for either free support or to use their money back guarantee - which is nice, since Amazon does not allow returns on supplements.Thank you for reading, I hope this was helpful.
