Beware if you have an intolerance to maltitol, the sugar substitute used here
Two stars because these taste exactly like the full sugar version ie…great. However they caused real problems in my digestive system. I had never experienced pain from bloating before, so when I was woken at 1 am with terrible pain, I seriously thought I was having a heart attack…quite scary when you live alone. However, Google to the rescue to inform me that I am one of a percentage who do not tolerate Maltitol well, for whom it can cause bloating and stomach pain. Which is a disappointment because they were delicious and I will now have to go back to the sugar version.
