Bad purchase!
Sorry I bought it. There is a reason it was cheap. I should have known better. It does not come close to working correctly.Stop looking at these cheap welders. It is best to step up and buy a Miller or a Lincoln. They cost alot more money and they are worth every penny.

Great Light Duty Welder for Small Jobs
I am a newbie to stick welding. I don’t have any big projects or welding requirements, just simply stick light iron back together. The YesRight welder fit the bill perfectly for my needs. It is easy to start a weld without sticking as I’ve experienced with expensive machines. The unit is VERY light and easy to store so it doesn’t take up a lot of real estate in my shop. I also like the digital read out to adjust the power. A friend of mine has a similar welder with not read out. It is difficult to get the right setting and be able to repeat it. If you have a few odds and ends to weld occasionally this will likely do the job. It is a good value for the price.

Overall decent start set.
Don’t know if it’ll hold up to hard usage. But it works well enough to get thins done. For the price it good to toss in the back of the truck so you have it if you need it. It’s compact and lightweight.
