That being said I personally wouldn't feel confident hunting with this reticle past 100-150 yards, nor would I bring this to a precision long range match as the center crosshair is a bit chunky, but that is a compromise that had to be made to make it visible at min and max magnification. Mine is on a 2-3 moa 16" upper, and you're probably gonna do the same thing, the limitations are about equal. 1x is SUPER close but not quite true 1x. Eye relief is decent at low magnification, but gets tight at higher magnification. This is a limitation of LPVOs, monstrum does a good job for the price in the 1-6x range. based on what I see here I am very happy with the 1-6x. Given as the only two "grievences" I have with the eye box and reticle are mild at best at 6x, but I would expect them to have been more bothersome had I bought the 10x. I retightened all the mount screws before zeroing and it has held up to 1k of 5.56 so far, I have not tourtured mine, but others have on youtube, which is why I bought this. The mount is great and it holds on tight so far. I have several high dollar LPVOs but on my budget build this cannot be beat. It holds zero well with over 200 rounds of 556. Magnification is clear and dialed.
