I am 180 lbs and have been using it for more than 2 months. it hasn’t collapsed and is still as good as new. It has broken-in a bit as advertised and become more comfortable.Update after 5 months :I never come back to write an update for a product but i am writing this since i am very impressed with durability of this product. It has held up very well for a person like me who weighs 180 lbs and it is supporting my back very well for those long calls working from home. Many reviews had said it was firm which actually convinced me to get it because I knew every memory foam has a short break-in period of a week or two during which it tends to become softer and more supportive. I knew if it would be softer on day one, it would surely lose its shape within a month. This is why I love this seat from Luminarest since other seat cushions i used in past lost their shape ( including a famous brand used by my wife ) and became flat within a month but this one has beaten them all hands down after 5 months of use. I hope it continues to serve me for many months to come :-)

Bought it for work from home as i have to spend many hours sitting in. I like that it is firm enough so my body doesn’t sink into it and it provides a great sitting posture.Pros :1. Firm and comfortable to support your back and tailbone. U Shaped cut takes pressure off your tailbone.2. Retains shape after you get up.Cons:1. At $49.99 It is expensive than the other options but i think you get what you pay for and this seat is certainly worth it.Highly recommend

We have dinner every night in the family room while watching a movie, and sit on an old couch that the cushions flatten. By the time we finished dinner and the movie, my legs were aching and my hips hurt when I stood up.I initially ordered 5 "butt" cushions in hopes one of them would remedy the discomfort caused by our old couch. I am 5'2" and weigh 112 lbs. For me this cushion was too hard and did not contour to my butt or support my legs. My husband is 5'7" and weighs 180 lbs., and he didn't like it either. So, it was returned. Of the 5 ordered, the Cushion Lab Seat Cushion was perfect for me. My husband chose the Arlee Non-Skid Memory Foam Chair Pads.You would think that finding a suitable cushion to sit on would be an easy task. In my experience of trying different cushions, I found that the perfect cushion is a very personal thing. Not only does it have to supply a comfortable firmness for support, but it must conform to your individual "butt contour". It is often necessary to try more than one to find the one that is perfect for you.I hope this review was helpful for you.

I like this cushion since it compresses only a bit when i sit on it and supports my tailbone in my home office chair as well as in my car. It was bit firm initially but softened up after few days of use but It is still very supportive for my back and tailbone. I would rate it best for tailbone support after having tried other cheaper options. Recommend.

I already have one cushion from other brand but this one is certainly the best. It's more expensive than the other ones out there, but it's worth every penny.For me health is always a priority and I love that it is made without mercury, lead and other heavy metals.This cushion is just right thickness. It is firm but not hard. It is comfortable and allows me to sit in the chair longer than without it. The fabric of the protective cover is soft to touch. it does not get hot after many hours of sitting. My daughter also loves it. I am really pleased with this purchase, thank you.

I love this seat cushion. I have tried other cushions for my tailbone pain relief but they were either too hard or too soft for me. This seat cushion from LuminaRest seems to strike right balance between softness and hardness. It is helping me by maintaining a gap between my tailbone and my seat using the U-shaped cutout. I am using it mostly for my home office setup as i have to sit in front of my laptop for hours. I also used it in my car for a recent long drive and it turned out to be quite useful to make my drive very comfortable. By the looks of it, it seems to be a premium product. Overall i am very happy with my purchase and i highly recommend this seat cushion.

Too hard for sciatica

A bit smaller than expected, but great for travel and has a handle on the side
