Wer eine moderne Grafikkarte sucht, die ihre Arbeit sehr leise verrichtet, wenig Strom verbraucht und trotzdem flott genug für Spiele (in FullHD) ist, kommt um NVIDIAs GeForce RTX 4060 kaum herum. Die vergleichbaren Modelle von AMD und Intel sind deutlich stromhungriger und lauter, zeigen bei Spielen weniger Konstanz und hängen bei KI-Aufgaben hinterher. Das Vorgängermodell GeForce RTX 3060 gibt es zwar auch mit 12 GiB Grafikspeicher, doch bei Spielen ist es zumeist klar unterlegen. Nur einige KI-Workloads, die mehr als 8 GiB belegen, profitieren von dem zusätzlichen Speicher. Eine Grafikkarte mit GeForce RTX 4060 bekommt man schon für unter 300 Euro, was angesichts der Preise der vergangenen Jahre schon recht günstig ist. Meist stammen die günstigsten Modelle von Gainward und Palit, die lediglich eine Steckverbindung mit 8 PCIe-Lanes besitzen. Hinsichtlich der Leistung ist das kein Problem, da NVIDIA seine GeForce RTX 4060 nur mit acht PCIe-4.0-Lanes ausgestattet hat, doch die Grafikkarten sitzen deutlich lockerer im PCIe-x16-Steckplatz und sollten für den Transport ausgebaut werden. Andere Hersteller wie ASUS, Gigabyte und MSI verzichten bisher auf solche Sparmaßnahmen. Die ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4060 EVO OC Edition 8GB GDDR6 hat einen PCIe-Bart in voller Länge, kompakte Abmessungen (227,2 x 123,24 x 49,6 mm) und belegt zwei Steckplätze. Ihre beiden Lüfter (95 mm Durchmesser) drehen erst bei Last hoch und bleiben auch dann sehr leise. Zur Stromversorgung (TDP: 115 Watt) genügt ein PEG-Stecker mit acht Kontakten. Zum Anschluss der Bildschirme gibt es einmal HDMI 2.1a sowie dreimal DisplayPort 1.4a. Damit verrichtet die Grafikkarte ihren Dienst wie ich es mag: Leise und unauffällig. Wer eine LED-Lightshow erwartet, wird enttäuscht, und das Übertakten (das OC im Modellnamen) ist nicht der Rede wert. Dafür stimmt der Preis: 269 Euro im Angebot direkt bei Amazon.de. Ich würde diese Grafikkarte jedenfalls wieder kaufen!

Questa scheda è forse il miglior compromesso attualmente disponibile in un periodo storico particolare per i prezzi. Comprata in super sconto dopo 4 anni di attesa, in cui i prezzi avevano superato i mille euro, posso ritenermi soddisfatto. La scheda possiede tantissime potenzialità nonostante non sia di fascia alta ma perfetta per giocare a titoli a 1080p ed arriva tranquillamente a superare i 60/100fps con titoli meno esosi o attivando il DLSS 3 o il DLAA. La tecnologia sviluppata da nVidia consente anche a schede come questa di essere altamente competitive. Questo modello in particolare consuma relativamente poco, ha un solo connettore 8pin per l'alimentazione. E' pienamente compatibile con la tecnologia g-sync o free sync (per la quale però dovete collegare il monitor in display port) anche tramite lo streaming di GeForce Now. Come altri modelli recenti è dotata di funzionalità di encoding AV1 che con GeForce NOW diventa essenziale ma anche nel visualizzare video ed altro in caso di connessione con scarsa velocità. Quello che mi ha impressionato positivamente è l'estrema adattabilità della potenza e del calore generato. Con titoli meno recenti o cmq poco complessi, la GPU non supera mai i 60° e non attiva mai le ventole rendendola nella maggioranza dei casi ultra silenziosa. Anche in caso di attivazione delle ventole tuttavia, se si opta per impostare il Quiet Bios, spostando l'apposito cursore posizionato sulla scheda, la loro rumorosità è talmente ridotta da renderle inudibili a patto però di avere un'ottima ventilazione interna del case. Il Quiet bios infatti riduce gli rpm ma alza di qualche grado le temperature della scheda, che resta tuttavia incredibilmente performante. Credo sia un ottimo acquisto per chi gioca in UHD ma inutile se volete giocare in 4k. Acquisto consigliato di questo modello per l'estrema silenziosità e l'ottimizzazione dei consumi.

decent price ( £250 ) a quality brand , ive always tended to stick with the Asus Dual models and they seem to do a great job. Performs great in 1080p and is a massive upgrade over my previous GTX 1060 6gb
