Voilamart Electirc Bike Conversion Kit 26'' / 27.5'' / 29'' E-bike Conversion Kit 48V 1500W / 250W Rear Wheel Motor, cycling hub motor with Integrated Controller

The package was missing spacers for the wheels to put in the middle and when I bought 4 same size washers for it, the wheel wasn't on the middle, I managed to get different size from my friend but still not perfect the smallest gear too close to frame and the chain touching. The monitor not showing actual things it's kinda broken i think. The bag for the controller box too small and low quality, the straps on it wouldn't reach around my bike frame and after I put elsewhere it's sawing gave up from its weight after few hours holding and had to fix it to the battery with quick ties. Manual instruction is a mess it's very hard to figure out everything on it and I bought a rear tire and the instructions are half for the front, but interesting in that picture that wheel had spacers for it... after some struggle I managed to build it up it's doing the job as its supposed to do just wish the previous things were bit better

this electric conversion kit is great however due to the motor being so powerful it can cause the axel to turn and damage the dropout causing the wheel to fall off (this kit goes 34mph imagine if it falls off then) but there is a very simple fix to this and that is buying a torque arm set i havve brought a pair of 2 on here for £13, if this voliamart kit came with a torque arm set i would 100 percent give it 5 stars but without the torque arms this kit is lethal. if you buy this kit PLEASE BUY A TORQUE ARM SET better safe than sorry

Has worked flawlessly for 6 months and all of a sudden the hub has started to make an awful sound and has gone stiff when riding. I only Tried to message the seller for advice on how to remedy it but apparently they are no longer on Amazon. Not sure if this is a new seller or just the old one changed names. Regardless just be careful the original seller I bought it from were called HYDirect but it's the same listing so I'll just assume they changed their name, bad customer service. Other than this problem the hub was great when new and If I can't fix this one I'll get another probably directly from voilamart. If you're the original seller any help would be appreciated 👍 plus I keep trying to submit this review and it won't let me post if it's posted it's taken 4 submits.
