Used it for over 20 years. Great if you are active. I only take once a day. When I stopped using it to test if it really works, it did make a difference.

Make sure you take this with a meal! If not, you'll be running to the bathroom. Excellent vitamin. There's something about it that gives me a sense of well-being during the day. I drink less coffee now also. Wouldn't go a day without it of course with some food in my stomach LOL.

Has been my go-to for many years! Seems to be a decent value. No noticeable taste, at least not one that is negative anyway. They smell of vitamins, and have a bit of a rougher texture than I'd like but as far as how I'm feeling when I'm using these, I noticed that I am less likely to get cramps or maybe feel slightly more alert. Don't expect miracles but it does it's job rather effectively.
