Following an accident some years my right leg is now 1" shorter than my left leg. These heel lift inserts fitted perfectly (I take size 10 shoes), and are very comfortable, after wearing for a couple of hours I forgot I was using the item, Would definitely recommend and will probably buy again for my other shoes.

This is a great product. I have purchased several of these for all my trainers as they are so comfortable to walk around in. Much better than the supposedly inferior products that flattens after a number of times worn. This one doesn't, as it stays the same shape even after using 100s of times.

Useful when full length lifts can’t be used. A little hard / firm at first but does eventually conform to get a more comfortable feeling.

It does do what you buy it for. Just isn't comfortable after an hour of walking or more.

Put them in a chelsea boot and slipped forward immediately when foot came in contact with them.

One set fit into my shoes easily. Since this is 2 pairs per pack I found that in my boots I could wear two pairs at once while still feeling comfortable.

They do the job

Buy this if you need a solid height increase insole with decent cutout that surrounds the feet. Not the most comfortable insole as it's doesn't have much give. Doesn't really move inside the shoe which is good. Okay for jobs where you don't have to walk a lot, not great for long hours.

Very good, would buy wider if available even if I had to trim them.

The under structure started breaking down after a few months, but did not quite affect my wear, but I'm sure I'll need to change it out within 6 months.

For years friends have remarked that my left shoulder was lower than my right, and it was visible in photos as well as when I stood before a full-length mirror. My tailor remarked that my left leg was a half inch shorter than my right, which is not per se unusual, and would tailor my trousers accordingly. Several weeks ago, I ordered this half inch lift, and the results are substantial. After placing it in my left shoe my shoulders are now even, and my hips are not slightly tilted to the left. These are well made, but very slightly uncomfortable if you put them without a more giving cover. However, I quickly got used to their being firm, there was zero chafing with regular socks, but my greatest worry was that they would slip out of place over a day of walking. Not so, because they stay put perfectly due to being longer than just a heel riser, but not so long that one's foot is cramped at the ball and toe of the foot. Only downside is that you get two left and two right, and I only needed the left. I will have to order again to get two more left, so I have enough for topsiders, running shoes, etc., although they can easily be pulled out of one shoe and put into another; there is no adhesive to deal with. This was a game changer. I suppose if gaining height is your only need then use both, but if you have one leg shorter than the other (and you might not realize it) then these are excellent to balance your posture and make walking more fluid and comfortable.

Escribo la reseña para que no cometan el error que yo cometí. El producto es EXCELENTE para dar altura pero no esta hecho para amortiguar la pisada. Es muy rígido.
