I'm mid 60s male with low energy. After 3 weeks of use as directed I feel some more energy but most notably muscles could contract with more force. Inadvertently pulled muscles in torso and back as muscle contractions had become stronger more quickly than and muscle fiber and ligaments did I think. Recovery was very painful but with two weeks of prescription muscle relaxants and max recommended Over the Counter NSAIDs Ibuprofen and Tylenol (to prevent / minimize) muscle spasms and allow muscles recover and to get to pain free. Just a note of common sense caution, about what I experienced just because the muscle can contract with more force -with out time to build muscle and strengthen ligaments can injure especially an older person. 5 stars for the product but I should have been more careful.

Might as well have taken placebo. Don't know what and if works for others but for me did nothing. Same thing as not taking.Who can convince me that the capsule has all that says it has?
