What is the difference between A 17 and B 17?

A17 is a sandwich cloth with large mesh and relatively breathable; B17 is a bird's eye cloth with a smaller mesh and smoother to the touch.

How about the foam inside this footrest?

As a woman on the very petite side (5'), which would be best; the 17" or 20"? My feet do not touch the floor when sitting normally.

The 17’ or 20’ refers to the width. They are both 4” or 6” high. It has a removable base and when you remove it, it is only 4” high but with the base added it is 6”. I am 5’5” and I bought the medium and I use it with the base and it elevates my feet and is comfortable.

Will using this make me more comfortable when I sit?
