RockportMen's Darwyn Fishermen Sandal

I tried several closed toe sandals before finding this one. The size fits very well. The memory foam soles embrace the feet unlike other sandals I have tried. It gives a nice feeling of cushioning. The feet feel well protected. The leather straps touch the feet from top softly. Walking feels very comfortable with arch support.

Regardless of the bad things people have mentioned, these arevery comfortable sandals. The gripes about the strap being too shortare unfounded. Perhaps if you have really huge feet that might be the case.

A bit small for a 14D but they are stretching out a bit. Good comfort. I like them.

My partner needed a pair of shoes for walking during our summer vacation in Greece. I placed high expectations on these- he needed to be able to wear them every single day, in hot weather and sometimes in water. These exceeded my expectations. They worked for every occasion, from going to dinner to going to the beach. They were the only shoes he wore the entire time! He has since worn them to a water park as well. They clearly aren't water shoes, but they do seem to work in a pinch even in cases where you are actively walking in water. After being exposed to sun, sand and water, they still look just as good or even better. I insisted that we find him a pair of sandals that looked somewhat stylish, and these fit the bill!

Man, I really wanted these shoes to work out. The leather is super soft. Light weight, good looking sandal. I read the reviews about the strap, not a big deal for me. The fit was a little tight in the front I'm sure it would stretch out being leather, but when I walked the back of the shoe dug into the back of my foot on the sides. After looking at them, You can see how it's made, it's narrow in the back and that won't stretch out. I had to return them. If they can fix that, it would be a win for me. But until then, it's a no.

My wife bought me a pair of these as a gift about 15 years ago and I love them. I wear them to the beach. They're very comfortable and I get tons of compliments on them. My old pair is still great but on Prime Day when these were 50% off I decided I'd be crazy NOT to buy another. They're comfortable and they last and last. I've gotten them wet in the ocean and full of sand and just rinsed them off or let them dry out and they're fine. I'm sure you're not supposed to get them wet in salt water but it hasn't seemed to hurt mine when it's happened.
