I bought this tape and hope that it would do the job that it was meant to do for the reason that I bought it. The reason was to do the area between the kick boards and the base of the floor where there were minute cracks enough for bugs to crawl through. I am saying that because my next door neighbor bought a mattress from a church which had bed bugs in it! Oh boy right? So his place was going to be treated by the company hired to do the job of fighting this bed bug infestation. Sidebar; do not buy a used mattress from anybody and you won't have that problem! The point of the matter now was that dog had run and now we were having to deal with the problem as it is or was. The treatment was done and I did not have a mass migration over to my place because I put that tape down and there was no bugs that got through to my place and the process of them dying as they were running away from the fumigation that was being put on them to kill their little bug asses. I was very happy about that! 🙏 I had taken the time out to put this tape on every area or wall that was on a vulnerable side of the building which would be a pathway for bugs to get through to my apartment. The tape stayed in place and has stayed in place for the 2-month period that I'm using to be sure that nothing gets true into my apartment. The other function of this tape would definitely be to be used for painting purposes and masking for all reasons that masking tape should be used. I use this masking tape to tape up the area between the kick boards and the boards on the floor and not letting anything crawl through to me and this tape has stood up and done it's job which made me want to at least write something about the tape being very stand up and five star for its use. It is cheap, economical, stays in place, does its job. I recommend this tape for all uses whether it is masking tape or painting purposes or trying to keep pest and critters out of a very new apartment. It has stayed in place and stands the test of time so in other words it is very durable. Sticky and stays in place until you pull it up and out. I'm just hoping that when I pull it up I don't pull the paint off the wall. The sticky part didn't fuel that sticky but what do I know? If that should change and I pull the tape up and the paint comes off I would definitely rewrite and edit this review. In the meantime this tape is five thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍

Peels off very easily and works for my painting projects or anything else I need it for. Inexpensive and handy , they're just smaller than standard American rolls so keep that in mind. Durable tape, seems same thickness if not a little thicker than what we are used to in us.

This may not be what you expect, but we bought a few of these bulk packs of painters tap for our kids for the holidays. It was one of the best gifts we've ever done. Super cheap for HOURS AND HOURS of unending, easy to remove fun around the house. Need a race start line? Blue tape. Want to pretend your avoiding lasers? Blue tape. Looking to be creative a make a giant picture? Blue tape. And then, there's no damage when you remove it from the walls, floors, brothers, or furniture. Seriously, this is one of the best kids' toys we've ever bought.

I use it when respooling my 3d printer filament. It has just the right amount of hold to get the job done and does not leave a residue.

Did not adhere or release as well as the original

I was using the blue Scotch painters tape but that one doesn't stick as well so when I was painting near the baseboards, the paint would drip in between the tape and baseboard. So i bought this pack of tape, and while this is a cheaper option and sticks better than the Scotch, I find that you get so much less in one roll and removing it is a nightmare. It tears really easily and you will need tweezers or a scraper to get the bits off. If you don't mind that, then it is good. However, I could remove the Scotch all in one go and can even reuse for another room, but this one definitely can't.
