I use these cups at physical therapy to help pull up scar tissue and help with mobility.

Easy to use, just be sure to use cream and or oil before applying so you can easily release it and position as necessary. Always helpful to have someone else apply so your muscle is relaxed under it but can be done alone. Easy to clean, good assortment of sizes (although I did buy a jumbo one separately). I have a glass set of cups and prefer these for ease of setting and removal as well as effectiveness.

A professional licensed massage therapist best tool. I have used other brands of silicone cupping sets that were thin plastic. These cups are a good quality of thickness, and the pliability is good and not hard to squeeze or grip. Easy to sanitize and fit in a small travel bag for mobile massage.

The silicone is a little thicker than previous purchase, which I'm not a fan of. They still work, so giving four stars.
