I chose the 2000 PPM Exosome Shot to start on the gentler side, and I was pleasantly surprised by how mild it actually feels on the skin. I use this once a week after cleansing (about two pumps), gently pat it in, and then follow with my nighttime moisturizer. There is a very slight pokey sensation on application, but it’s not painful or irritating- just noticeable enough to know it’s there. By morning, my skin looks noticeably smoother, more refined, and almost glass-like. I have reactive, eczema-prone skin, so I’m usually very cautious with exfoliating products and anything containing acids. Despite the AHA + BHA + PHA blend and spicules, I have not experienced dryness, itching, or sensitivity with weekly use. The exfoliation feels effective, but not harsh or barrier stripping. I also like that the formula includes niacinamide and soothing components alongside the exfoliants, which likely help balance the overall results. The texture is lightweight, spreads easily, and layers well with other skincare without pilling or being sticky. Overall, this is a great entry level spicule serum if you’re curious but hesitant. It delivers smoother, more refined looking skin texture without the aggressive irritation I anticipated. I will likely continue with the 2000 PPM for maintenance, and may consider trying the higher strength once my skin fully acclimates.

It's like a gentle micro needle that exfoliates my skin. I gotta love the medicube exosome shots because it makes my skin even out over time. Absorb immediately onto my skin and the results it's within weeks.

If you're familiar at all with microneedling, this is the same idea. There are little spicy led (to y dissolving needles) in this serum that make micro channels in your skin to allow products to penetrate more deeply. It also has three gentle chemical exfoliants to smooth and brighten skin. It's a fairly thick, non-sticky serum, and it prickles quite a bit when you massage it in. I bought this on a whim and found out later that this is NOT "beginner strength". A starter serum would be a 100 ppm level. 2000 is definitely more intense and I do get some irritation immediately afterward. I own a professional grade microneedling machine, but between setting it up and sterilizing, it just feels like more of a project than I want to do for shallow, frequent needling. This serum is a nice shortcut and really, really speeds up the results I see from other products, and I use it roughly o CD a week.

I like medicube serums and skincare products and I have tried medicube toner pads which I liked and a moisturizer which I also liked. This is my first time trying spicules so I went easy and I did a test spot on my inner arm. I did not have a reaction, but my arm felt hyper sensitive for a few hours. This absorbed quickly, stayed a little tacky which I wasn’t too excited about but it’s doable if it works. I patch tested on my chin and I did not get a reaction. I am going to use this on my chest and for spot treatment because I am still a little concerned about teeny tiny particles going into my skin…. Look what happened with hyaluronic acid filler that everyone though was a great skin plumper—- I’m going to go easy with this..

I swear for the price and the effect it shows 10/10. Tbh I didn’t expect much from this all I know it’s that it kinda hurts and it replicates microblading but at home version so I got it. But I swear I’ve been using it as a night time routine and my dark spots is becoming lighter and lighter! I had this a HUGE dark pigmented spot on my cheek due to a pimple (literally every pimple I get leave a dark mark on my face it’s so annoying) anyways it’s now fading!!!!!! And what I got this product 2 weeks ago?? Fabulous. Definitely give it a go
