After I charged the keyboard and mouse, I forgot about them being wireless.They never showed a sign of losing charge. They shut down after a while of not being used and wake up with they are moved.They are a good product.

First of all, be aware if you need to use the USB plug to hook the keyboard up and not the type c usb plug, then be aware where to find it. It’s located in its own little slot inside the box. Mine got buried in the box and didn’t see it at first so I thought they forgot to include it , but I eventually found it, thank goodness b/c I have an older computer that doesn’t have the type C plug.I got it hooked up and then charged them up right away.I love both the keyboard and the mouse. The backlit KB (keyboard) colors are so nice and has several colors to choose from. It is also super quiet, no loud clicking noise with this KB and it’s very comfortable and it is very easy to use.The mouse is Awesome ! it fits my hand perfectly and it’s really responsive. I have even ordered another oneto use on my personal computer.I highly recommend this keyboard/mouse combo set.I have read some of the other reviews and people say the letters eventually rub off. I have used a a ton of different keyboards over the years and every one of them eventually had that problem. To prevent that from happening then you’d probably have to spend way more than what we paid for this set. Besides, most people don’t really look at the keyboard when typing cause we have it memorized from our high school typing class, LOL.Give this set a try and I would bet you’ll love it.Update” I have been using the keyboard for going on 2 months now. I use this KB for work and use it constantly 8hrs a day ,5 days a week and the letters are not showing any sign of rubbing off. Still looks great. I am expecting them to start rubbing off at some point because every other reasonably priced KB I’ve ever used do have some of the letters eventually rub offf but not worried about it b/c Probably like most people, I have the keyboard memorized so I don’t “ need” to see each letter in order to type correctly. I will just get a new one if it does start to bother me

The media could not be loaded. The keyboard has been working fine. I love the ability to light it up with different colors. It actually helps a lot since my room doesn’t have very good lighting. I have two issues with the mouse, It doesn’t seem to wake up when I move it around or click buttons, It can take a bit before I can get it to work. And when I’m not using it, actually moves around my screen, and it has actually disconnected one phone call and switch screens during one presentation. I’ve plugged in this. I’ve never had this issue before.

There is major lag on the mouse and the backlight function does not function with included instructionsI was using this setup with a raspberry pi. After changing some setting I found I could minimize the lag and also after awhile the keyboard finally lit up. Mouse isn’t perfect, otherwise good product

UPDATE: It was a PICNIC problem with the keyboard lighting up. There's literally a button to turn it on and off on the keyboard, top left between Pause and M1 buttons. Increasing my rating to 5 stars. I would caution, however, that both the keyboard and mouse must be charged. They seem to hold a charge for a long time, but they are not battery powered. Just know that before you purchase.------------Only four stars because I ordered two sets but one keyboard does not light up at all. I’m not returning because it works otherwise, it’s just disappointing. Also these require charging which I failed to notice when I ordered but they seem to hold a charge for a long time. Both the mouse and keyboard require charging. The mouse fits the hands nicely and seems ergonomic.

This was a replacement of the first one I ordered that stopped working. This one didn’t last either after a couple weeks. Really disappointed.

I am a medical coder. I’m type 40 hours a week. My hands were really starting to bother me. This keyboard is so comfortable to use. My hands feel better. I’m typing faster. I love the lights. The charge lasts a really long time. It’s perfect.

UPDATE - Amazon does not make it easy to contact seller these days. But after my review, seller reached out well past the deadline for returning the keyboard. Seller went above and beyond what I expected to make sure I had a positive experience. I'll definitely utilize them again for future accessory purchases.ORIGINAL-After owning this for two weeks using it not as a gaming keyboard but I'm office setting, the A and S keys have written off. They are the only two that are. Otherwise it has comfortable mouse for me large hand, and the keyboard fits into my computer case, do that's a plus. 3 stars for lettering coming off so quickly.

F13-15... Why? It's not like you can even program them for special use. F13 is only good for putting the computer in 'lock mode' not even sleep! About the only thing those extra F-keys would be good for is setting them up in games for extra functions, otherwise, totally useless.Also:The keyboard holds charge for a long while. The 'comfort pad' is nowhere near big enough for an adult male's hands, I doubt even an adult woman woulf get any support from it. It's more kid sized.Love the lights as I work in a darker area, and thy definitely help with that for sure. The mouse is good, the jiggler can be a bit difficult to shut off. My issue with it, and this doesn't actually have anythign to do with the mouse really, is that I've used vertical mie for a while, so going back to the old horizontal mice feels weird lolActually pretty great for the money, but on 4 stars for those F-keys and the 'jiggler' feature.

The keyboard and mouse work as they should however there is no tactile click when using the mouse button. Maybe it's personal preference but sometimes I'm unsure if I didn't click or if the mouse just did t react as I expected.
