Organic Strawberry Powder, 12 oz, Freeze Dried, Gluten Free, No Sugar Added, Non GMO

This was a super useful and tasty purchase for me. I know a lot of people buy these for specific uses like health food or as a long term storage product, but I thought it would have a lot of uses and it does. Freshness isn't really a concern with freeze dried, but they were as fresh as that type of thing can be. It's a decent size bag for the price, its not the big bags like some of Anthony's products are but its dense. Has a great taste and texture, I used it for adding sweetness to desserts or texture for smoothies or desserts. It seems pretty healthy as nothing is added to the strawberries. It should be very durable if stored correctly, keep moisture out and it should last a long time.

I did not get a "strawberry" flavor from this. But it is good nutrition wise, blends well, and does not have a bad or off putting taste. This is an excellent product.

Anthony's Organic Powders are absolutely spot on in the flavor department. I have MANY of their products. Using powder, fruits, stops the wasting of $$ and the flavor is OUTSTANDING. Well worth the try. Great in all kinds of recipes and shakes. Fast shipping. and ounce for ounce more cost savings than fresh.

This is OK. Not very flavorful as I expected it to be, rather insipid. You have to add quite a bit for it to have any taste, and when you do, it clumps.

Bought to make cookies with then forgot about it. Months later, I came across a Fat Bomb recipe which required crushed strawberries. Being lazy, I decided to use the strawberry powder in the recipe. Best thing ever! I only used 3/4 cup per batch. Will look to see what else I can use it with. Very pleased with taste, convenience and consistency. Like that it’s low carb and easy to use.

The flavor is extremely lacking. However, the smell is there. I bought this to make my own electrolytes. Another down side it that it is a product of China. It is listed on one of the pictures so that is on me. I just didn't assume that something like this would be outsourced. It doesn't mean it's bad but I just try to keep things local. I haven't tried it in any else but I feel that it would definitely be great for natural coloring.

YUM... I stopped buying Nestle. This is so much better, and pure strawberry no yucky extra stuff. I put it in everything from my milk to top of cookies at times... rolled around. YUM... Ann Foster, BooksbyAFoster
