To our surprise, this really helps
Purchased this for my wife to help with knee discomfort. We saw the Tony Hawk commercial on television and really didn't believe it. Started doing some research and decided to give it a try. After roughly a month the pain and stiffness began to decrease. Six months later, she's still taking it and doing great.

I’m 67. I have a hard time getting in and out of bed because of my hips plus I’m overweight, but this stuff was great. Supposed to take one a day, but I burned some medicine too fast. I take two, but it gives me movability at not a very high price. I recommend recommended.
