I absolutely love it
I was a bit skeptical about creatine in gummy form, but these have completely changed the way I supplement. First off, the taste is amazing—no chalky aftertaste or weird texture like some powders. It actually feels like I’m having a treat before or after my workout! In terms of effectiveness, I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in strength and endurance over the past few weeks. I feel more energized during my workouts and have been able to push through plateaus more easily. Recovery time seems faster, too. What I love most is the convenience—no mixing, no mess, just grab and go. It’s perfect for busy days when I don’t have time to prep a full supplement shake.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a more enjoyable and portable way to take creatine!

I think these make a difference if you have some right before a workout.
I think these things work great. If this is your first time taking the stuff to build muscle, they talk about a way you can take a bunch of it at first and be ready to take it regularly. I did not do that. I just started taking a day after day, and now I really feel like it’s pointless to hit the gym without taking some. I feel better after a workout. If you’re looking at this, I would definitely give it a try. Now, next time I order, I’m gonna try a different flavor. These don’t taste bad, but they sure could taste a little better.

Must have for weightlifting
I love creatine Gummies. They taste like candy first of all. They don’t have a weird flavor or aftertaste. There’s no strange smell. It’s literally like I’m eating candy. That aside, they also work. I’ve used creatine powder and capsules for several years now and the Gummies are just hands-down easier to take.Zero side effects I feel like it maintains and builds muscle mass. Couldn’t be more pleased. Great value great price. Must have if you left weights.

My favorite tasting ones I’ve bought so far also the best price.
I bought these 3 different times here is my overall thoughts.1. Taste and Texture: 9/10One of the biggest draws of creatine gummies is the flavor. Most brands offer fruity flavors like watermelon, blue raspberry, or mango. The taste is often pleasantly sweet, similar to regular gummy candies, making them an enjoyable part of your supplement routine. The texture is usually chewy but not overly sticky. Some brands may have a slight graininess due to the creatine content, but it’s typically well-masked by the gummy base. Compared to the sometimes chalky or bitter taste of powdered creatine, gummies are a welcome upgrade for taste-sensitive users.⸻2. Convenience: 10/10This is where creatine gummies shine. You can take them anywhere — no shaker bottle or water required. Each gummy contains a fixed dose (usually 500–1000 mg), so it’s easy to control your intake and split doses throughout the day if needed. For people who travel, work long hours, or simply forget their supplements, gummies make daily creatine supplementation more consistent and less of a chore.⸻3. Effectiveness: 8/10Most creatine gummies use creatine monohydrate, the gold standard for effectiveness. Assuming the dose is correct (3–5g daily), the benefits are identical to traditional powder: increased strength, improved muscle recovery, better workout performance, and enhanced muscle hydration. However, some brands underdose their products. Since each gummy contains a limited amount of creatine, you’d need to take multiple pieces (e.g., 5–7 gummies) to reach the recommended daily dose, which could be inconvenient or costly in the long run.⸻4. Price and Value: 6.5/10While creatine itself is very inexpensive, creatine gummies tend to be priced significantly higher per serving. A month’s supply can cost 2–3x as much as a tub of powdered creatine. You’re paying for flavoring, packaging, and convenience. This might be worth it if you’re prioritizing taste and portability, but for budget-conscious users, the price can be a drawback.⸻5. Potential Downsides:• Sugar content: Some gummies contain added sugars or sugar alcohols, which might not suit those on strict diets.• Dosing confusion: If each gummy has only 500mg of creatine, users must remember to eat several a day to hit the 3-5g target.• Shelf life and storage: Gummies can melt or stick together in hot environments, unlike powder which is more stable.⸻Final Verdict: 8.5/10Creatine gummies are a tasty, convenient, and effective way to supplement with creatine — especially for those who dislike powder. They’re ideal for busy lifestyles or people new to supplementation. However, they come at a premium price, and dosing may require more attention than just a scoop of powder.Best For:• Beginners who want an easy entry into creatine use• Travelers or gym-goers who prefer on-the-go options• People who dislike powder ta

Surprisingly delicious and effective
Compared to all the other brands of creatine I have tried this one was by far the best. Taste wise it was like eating straight up gummies bears, I actually looked after it getting my dose daily. Effective product without any adverse effects that I experienced I still can get over how amazing the flavor was and ease of consumption. Definitely will buy again.

Great taste and noticeable results!
Write a review:I’ve been using this creatine monohydrate for a few weeks and I can already feel the difference in my workouts. It mixes well, tastes great (love the fruit punch flavor), and gives me the extra push I need during strength training. No bloating or weird side effects either. Highly recommend if you're looking to boost performance and recovery!

Verdict Still Out
Just finished my first bottle of gummies (strawberry) and just started my second (orange) bottle. The strawberry had a good taste but I want to see what the orange tastes like. As for the overall performance of the product, I am going to rate it a 3 for now until I finish my second bottle. I have taken powder creatine since it went mainstream (I have been lifting weights 35 years so sometime in there I started taking it) and really not sure of its effectiveness but since I have always taken it, I didn't want to stop taking it. I think I have noticed some strength increases on my strong moves with the gummies but just wondering if it is in my head so I want to hold my judgment for now but I do like the convenience of the gummies over the powder.
