We are really pleased with the quality of this electric wheelchair. The seat is extremely comfortable and the portability is also a really big plus. It is quick and easy to fold it up for transport. The electric motors perform great and power the wheelchair really well. We are able to drive it on grass, gravel and concrete with ease. The joy stick and controls are intuitive and easy to use. Overall really pleased with this purchase and would recommend this wheelchair to family and friends.

Chair was working decent but after 45 days we started having issues with this beeping noise and it not moving anymore. I contacted Amazon and they said the company will be reaching out to me but I have not heard anything. My mom is disabled and I really thought I had found a solution but now we are back to square 1. Very disappointed.

This is my second ultra-light, folding electric wheelchair. Generally, the Superhandy far excels the chair I used for five years before this purchase. The rechargeable batteries of my previous chair finally died, and that brand was too obscure for me to find replacement batteries. One of the reasons I chose the Superhandy brand is that Superhandy has been on the market long enough (and with a diverse enough product line) that odds are strong I’ll be able to find replacement parts in the future if needed. This chair’s design is excellent, much more stable, and much better thought-out than my previous brand of chair. When opening the chair, you feel the sides of it almost lock open in a very satisfying way. The batteries last many hours and charge quickly, and the seat cushion is very comfortable. It folds up to approximately the size of a carry-on suitcase, and is weighs as advertised, making it possible to lift if necessary. I use a portable 3’ ramp to roll it in and out of our minivan on its own power. One minor gripe is that the footrests lack a back to keep one’s feet clear of the front wheels, but I quickly got in habit of resting my feet far enough forward to clear the front wheels. A second minor gripe is that the chair doesn’t easily spin left and right on its own power, without some forward or backward movement. My previous chair spun left and right without any forward/backward direction needed. The only thing which kept me from giving a 5 star review is the acceleration from zero. My previous chair gradually accelerated from zero. This chair almost lurches from a stop, requiring the user to be Very Careful. I’ve bumped into walls more often with this, compared to my previous chair. I’m sure I will get used to it, but I know that the engineering can be improved in this area. Overall, I’m VERY pleased and highly recommend this chair to others, so long as the user can be careful with acceleration. I could not recommend it for someone with cognitive impairment.

Bought the Wheelchair last December for my father, 10 months later it's still working great. The hot-swap batteries come in handy and the seat is pretty comfortable. For people having issues with the chair beeping non-stop and not moving, press and hold the + and - buttons simultaneously to reset the controller. The few times that has happened was easily fixed by the above. Chair is fairly light and easy to fold and stowaway into my car. Something about the chair I didn't think about but has been a godsend is having electric brakes. Makes it much easier for my father to transition from sitting to standing because he doesn't have to worry about the chair moving out from under him if he puts weight on the armrests.

Cannot use the chair yet! Was delivered Nov 2, 2024 and I don't want to invalidate the warranty. 1. The dust cap/rear wheel was broken off - part in the chair, other lose in box. When operating chair it make a popping sound at times when changing directions or even just barely moving the joy stick. Contacted Super Handy Nov 4, 2024 and did receive a response that evening they were working on it. Waited until Nov 8, 2024 and submitted another request for answers. Did receive an email not to submit again as they are working on it. This I do not understand!!!! Today is 7 days later and nothing! I've even tried to see if I could buy the dust cover myself but do not find one that size. I don't want to take it out for that reason but more than that the popping sound concerns me. I Don't want to damage anything. I LOVE the chair but I want to use it!!! If Customer Service can't respond I will have to return it.

nice chair... but the batteries do not last... will not hold charge... very disappointing

This wheelchair / scooter is great! My 85 year old mother has a hard time walking longer distances on uneven ground. She loves to watch her great grandchildren play their various sports. It was getting to the point that she had to miss some games because of the location and distance. Now she can go to everything again and it makes her so happy. This is a well constructed, fairly lightweight, easy to fold and operate electric wheelchair. The batteries last long enough to do most anything. It comes with 2 batteries so if one runs out there is always the backup that stores right on the chair. This is very comfortable and the price is great for everything you get.

Chair worked well inside but could not use in the yard without getting stuck.

1st day was great light and easy to pit together Not as responsive as I would like but acceptable for the price. UNFORTUNATELY the second day the joy stick came off in my hand I’ve tried to inform someone about it but can’t get anyone to respond to my problem. I’m now trying to buy a replacement as Amazon just want me to send back for refund.i would then be without a wheelchair so can’t do that would appreciate if someone could help me
