how to get a replacement? can was crushed

I contacted Amazon customer service when I received a crushed box of food. They told me then they did not have customer service for the Amazon Pantry problems and refunded me the price paid. There was no way I could get a replacement. Hoping you get better customer service.

Can someone tell me if this container is made of plastic, some kind of metal, or cardboard? The photo looks like it might be cardboard -- I hope not.
