Quality okok no issue persist evan my moniter is too old

The product quality is good, working really well. Good Quality (product and the output it gives). But i have 2 major concerns: 1. There isn't any usb charging port to enhance weak signals as they have promised. 2. They have the worst customer support ever. I purchased this from their site, they charged me cash in delivery fee, but the product wasn't deliver, not till today and the fee refund wasn't issued, AND they don't respond to you. So if you have any problem, don't contact them, just do it via amazon only. EDIT: After using for a day, the display automatically went out of screen, i checked with my laptop, same issue, which proves the adapter started acting up. WORST!!!

Working pretty well
