UPDATE:NEW ONE SENT WORKS! Just started using it. Company is fantastic! Quick and easy replacement.I like this. The packaging is great. Easy to use, however, I have connection issues that are attached to the mask. If you want it to stay on, you have to hold the connection tight to keep it from going on and off. This is not acceptable. I will be getting a replacement and will re-write a new review. Hopefully, the new one will not have the same issues.Amazon review on returns: YOU NOW HAVE TO PRINT THE PAPER RETURN. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH AMAZON? I love this machine. It works!! And I’m seeing fast an amazing results on my face with the help of the proper serum along side with.I already see my dark spots decreasing and I am see a brighter complexion in my face within a week of use.

I used it today for the first time and it feels good. The reason I am giving it 4/5 is because nowhere in here they warn you that you need protective goggles or to close your eyes while using this. So I had to wait more time before using and I spent more money in the goggles. Please, be mindful of that. It's not like what you see in some videos showed here or with other masks, that people can do things while wearing this mask. You are completely blind by the goggles and have no other choice but to wait until you are done.

Bravo!I’m using the product for the first time do will come back later to give a proper review. First impression is, I’m not sure if I made a good investment. It came nicely packaged but with very minimal instructions. If pictures had not been provided here on Amazon, I would have had a lot of difficulty figuring how to do the straps. There were no instructions on that. Also, nothing about how to properly use the eye guards - I’m winging that and hoping I’m not damaging my eyes as I am using them but can still see red light around my eyes. It’s not too uncomfortable once you adjust the straps. We shall see…
