Great value and since I've been taking functional mushrooms (it’s April; i started in November)— have not gotten sick once! I definitely attribute that to these!!!!! Originally took them for energy honestly didn’t care much about immunity but after going thru a whole “flu and cold season” in NY, being around tons of people, I highly recommend these for that. Also I noticed my patience w my dog on walks (like when he stops to sniff for the 19377392th time and we still have 10 miles to go) has gotten better too! I noticed that change fairly immediately with these.

I bought these hoping it would help with fatigue, immune, and depression. They are small and easy to swallow with no aftertaste. After reading up on the different types of mushrooms I found out that people with autoimmune conditions shouldn't take changa.

Well, with mushroom powders (I take them for energy and mental clarity) I often dont know for sure that they’re working until they wear off and my “get up and go” departs. With these, twice in a row I took them shortly after noontime. Unfortunately my “get up and go” didn’t leave until well after it was time for sleep. So I will say they are effective - but take them early in the day!
