Really impressed by Mountain Gold's shilajit! Really well packaged including anti tamper stickers and even comes with a serving 'spoon'. I've been taking it with my morning coffee for the past few days and can barely taste it when it's mixed in. I'm taking this for the long term benefits and wasn't expecting an overnight miracle, however I do seem to be sleeping sounder and have more energy throught the day.The packaging says I should be able to get 200 servings from this little pot, which is incredible value for money.I'll be back with an update in 200 days when I purchase more!

Right let's get this straight, I have consumed genuine shiliagit from Himilaya's high attitude. I have friend from that region who regularly supplied until his untimely death. Don't believe the test is that have been done in the labs. Corruption is high in India and any official documents can be bought. This shilajit is nothing like the real thing which is very very expensive. This will make you ill and manufactures can mimick easily with ingredients that are very harmful for you. I bought this to for someone to compare and he was shocked at the claims. It seems more of these products are on the market now and is the latest fad like cannabis oil was few years back. Save your health and don't consume products like these. It's only a placebo but bad for you.
