However, I have noticed one important point – if you want your food to stay moist and tasty, you still need to add a little oil or ghee. Without it, some items like chicken, paneer, or cutlets can become a bit dry. By using a small amount of oil, the texture and flavor improve a lot, and the food comes out more delicious while still being much healthier than deep frying. So, my suggestion is: don’t go completely oil-free if you care about taste and moisture. Use just a spoon of oil or ghee, and you’ll get the best balance between health and taste. Overall, I am satisfied with the performance and would recommend it to anyone looking for a healthier way of cooking without giving up too much on flavor.
